If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email ASK@BIGSHOWBBQ.COM with your order number and details (photos welcome). We will review and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Because these are food products, opened items may not be returnable for safety reasons. Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for return at our discretion.
